Requirements for LIM Citrix Server Remote Demo Access
 

  1. The LIM Citrix Server is accessed using the HTTPS protocol (port 443) with a signed CERTIFICATE from Thawte.

  2. In order to run applications the computer being used to view the web page must have either Sun's JAVA Runtime Environment (J2SE) Version 1.5.0 or higher installed or the Citrix Web Client must be downloaded and installed.

First be sure the following web page can be viewed - https://imim.lim.com. The image below should be visible:

Please log in

To log in to the LIM MetaFrame Presentation Server, enter the credentials required, and then click Log In.

If you do not know your login information, please contact LIM Customer Support - support@lim.com.

Message Center
 
The Message Center displays any informational or error messages that may occur.

If JAVA is to be used (the default interface for running applications) the version can be verified by selecting the ADD/Remove programs from the Control panel. If the version is correct, proceed to log in and run
the applications.

If the Citrix Web Client is to be used, once installed and logged in select the Customization ICON Settings in
the Applications window to change the "Client Deployment Preference" to "Local Client". Proceed to run the applications.
