"Get Options" and the Options Facility

LIM has over 6 years of US equity and index option history available including: a complete history of the individual options contracts, standardized at-the- money forwards, and a full compliment of options related information for the underlying equities.

The Options Facility refers to a portion of the MIM Data Warehouse that has been organized to allow specialized analysis of options data. You can extract options data from the MIM using the following 2 tools: the "Get Options" feature in the MIM Excel Add-in and the options command line application "xmim_get_options".

For more information on the options data, see the marketing document OptionMetrics Data. For more details on the tools for extracting options data see the Options Facility document on the LIM customer website.

Enhancement - Addition of the Cancel Button

Users can now cancel out of a query that is running in the MIM Excel Add-in - just select the "Cancel" button.
