2005 - Due to the approach of Hurricane Rita, LIM is implementing its
Disaster Recovery Plan detailed in the
LIM Business Continuity Brief. At this time we do not expect to have any
delays in the distribution of data due to the hurricane. However, should there
be any interruption in service, additional email notices will be distributed
directly to the affected parties. Should you require emergency assistance from LIM support this weekend, please follow the standard method of reaching us as detailed in the U.S. Contact Support Policy / European Contact Support Policy. In the event that the 1-800-LIM-XMIM number is not operational or you do not get a response within 2 hours, please call +1-512-996-0116. This alternate phone number should be used only if your issue is critical and attempts to contact support using the normal method of contact are unsuccessful. |
